I've never seen the ice-cube spinach. That sounds (forgive me for saying this) really cool! I was, obviously, thinking of those bricks. Little cubes might be sort of handy.

Lately I've been seeing prewashed baby collards in a clamshell, but they are pretty expensive that way. I'm waiting for one of those sales supermarkets run to get you addicted to a convenience food so that I can try them.
